At Snuggle Buddy, our goal is to offer our customers the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the UK. Every day, we deliver to customers across the country, ensuring the highest level of service.

We are proud to offer free UK shipping on all orders over £40! 📦

DELIVERY TIMES (Approximate):

Destination: United Kingdom
Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days

Destination: Remote areas
Delivery Time: 10 to 15 business days

All orders include full tracking.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Processing time refers to the time needed to verify, quality-check, and carefully package your order. Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

In rare cases, packages may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery times once the package has been shipped. In such cases, we will work with the carrier to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

This can happen during holiday seasons, promotional periods, or other exceptional circumstances.

If your tracking has not been updated for more than 30 business days, please contact us and we'll take care of it.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it after 60 minutes, as your order will already be in processing.

If you wish to cancel an order you have just placed, please contact us at info@snugglebuddy.com as soon as possible.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS:

We are not responsible for packages returned as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice that you entered incorrect or insufficient address information, please email us at info@snugglebuddy.com with your order number and the updated details.

Please note that once the order has been processed, we are no longer able to modify the address.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS:

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@snugglebuddy.com.

We will send you a replacement free of charge or process a refund.

CUSTOMS FEES:

Orders shipped within the UK are generally not subject to customs fees. In the rare cases where any fees may apply, these are the responsibility of the customer.

HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS:

Please note that due to high sales volume, particularly around Bonfire Night and throughout October, November, and December, shipments may experience slight delays.
