Our Story

It started with Pip.

The first weeks with a new puppy nearly broke us. So we did something about it.

The hardest nights

Pip barely slept. She cried through the night, and so did we.

It made sense. One day she was curled up with her mum and her littermates. The next, she was alone in a strange new home.

We tried it all. The radio. An old jumper. A new bed. Pricey calming supplements that did nothing. Every night we felt more helpless, and more guilty.

Then it clicked. What Pip missed was the warmth and the heartbeat she had known since birth. So we recreated it.

We are not the only ones

Friends with new puppies. Friends with rescue dogs pacing an unfamiliar home. The same worried question everywhere: "Why won't my dog settle?"

It is not just puppies. Any dog in a new home feels it. Overwhelmed, lonely, and not yet sure they are safe.

Rest for you too!

Sophie, Leeds

"The first week with Maisie, I was sleeping on the floor next to her crate and crying as much as she was. I genuinely thought I'd made a huge mistake. Three nights with her Snuggle Buddy and she was sleeping through. So was I."

Tom, Bristol

"Nobody warns you how loud a tiny puppy can be at 3am. Biscuit cried every time we left the room. Now she drags her Snuggle Buddy everywhere and naps on it in the kitchen while I make breakfast. Best thing we bought.

"Rocco came to us from a shelter at four years old and couldn't settle at all. Pacing, whining, watching the door. I didn't expect a cuddly toy to help an adult dog, but he lies with his head on it every afternoon now. He finally looks like he knows he's home."

Margaret, Norwich

"Bonnie is twelve and the move to our new cottage really unsettled her. She stopped sleeping in her bed. Since she has her Snuggle Buddy she curls up with it every night again, and fireworks season was the calmest we've had in years."

Mark, Nottingham

"New house, new routine, boxes everywhere, and Jess was anxious the whole first week. Her Snuggle Buddy was the first thing I unpacked for her. Now she sleeps on the bed with it while I'm still sorting the rest of the house."

Now it is your turn!

A soft, real-feel heartbeat and gentle warmth, just like their mum.

It is what we wish we had the night we brought Pip home.
